Therapy & Fee

Things can change. It is this fact that drives psychotherapy. The act of speaking combined with the guiding intention of another can be the catalyst of that change and the beginning of something profound and new. My work is primarily psychodynamic and I provide a space where clients can be truly heard, many for the very first time.

Whether you've found yourself here because difficulties have arisen in your life, or you're on a lifelong exploration for meaning, my style invites engagement. It encourages you to become active in your own cultivation.

I specialize in working with individuals, families, and couples who are negotiating complex issues of identity and life transition including but not limited to;

Mixed-race/ethnicity, Interracial relationships, Mixed families, Blended families, First-generation college students/graduates, Upward mobility/success, Career change/Transitions, Impostor experience, Sexuality and Desire.

  •  $230 per session; Sliding-Scale available and out-of-network reimbursement available

  • I believe therapy should be affordable for everyone. If cost is an issue, please contact me to discuss your options.

If you are considering using your out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy, feel free to use the tool below to see if you qualify for reimbursement for my services.

Other Services

I also provide Clinical Supervision for Associates and Consultation for licensed clinicians. Please contact for fee schedule and availability.

A graduate of and adjunct professor at the California Institute of Integral Studies, I've provided individual and group therapy for SFUSD, the Liberation Institute, and the Pacific Islander Wellness Initiative in Alameda County. I'm now Clinical Supervisor for RAMS Wellness' Program and work with individuals, couples, and families in private practice.

I have experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and encourage anybody, regardless of circumstance or life experience to reach out. I especially enjoy working with those motivated to create fulfilling and lasting change for themselves, their relationships, and their families. All are welcome.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.
